This Bridal Makeup Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered on the Effective Date (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”),
By and Between
Makeup Artist Name (hereinafter referred to as “Makeup Artist”), having their principal place of business at Makeup Artist Address, and;
Client Name (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), having their location at Client Address.
The Makeup Artist and the Client are collectively referred to as “Parties,” and individually as “Party.”
WHEREAS the Client wishes to avail the Services of the Makeup Artist (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) for their wedding, which is on Wedding Date;
AND WHEREAS the Makeup Artist, being an expert in bridal hair and makeup, agrees to provide the outlined Services to the Client.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants made between the Parties, they hereby agree as follows:
The Client is having a wedding on Wedding Date and requires a Makeup Artist. The Makeup Artist has agreed to render the Services to the Client. The details are as follows:
(a) Wedding Date: Wedding Date
(b) Wedding Venue: Venue of the Wedding
(c) Makeup Readiness of the Bride: The Makeup artist should begin the bridal makeup at Time when bridal makeup is required and the Client should be ready by Time by when the client should be ready.
(c) Additional people that need makeup on the wedding day: Wedding Day_Makeup Recipients people
(d) Additional note on bridal makeup: Bridal Makeup_Additional Information
The Client agrees to provide all the necessary information, which includes but is not limited to medical information related to the skin, which shall help the Makeup Artist perform the requested Services smoothly. The makeup will be completed as per the Client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application shall be acknowledged by the Client.
The Makeup Artist is solely responsible for rendering the Services to the Client. The Makeup Artist further agrees to bring in the necessary makeup products that are required to provide the Services. In addition, the Makeup Artist shall conduct the Services as per the Client's expectations.
The price of the bridal makeup package by the Makeup Artist depends upon the following factors:
(a) Bridal look rehearsal
(b) Makeup type like traditional makeup or airbrush makeup
(c) Number and type of hair extensions required
(d) Add other details of the makeup package
All the bookings, deposits, and appointments made by the Client for Services rendered by the Makeup Artist are to be made Booking Time Period for the Services before the mentioned wedding date, and only those bookings made in accordance with this timeframe shall be entertained.
An additional charge of Late Makeup Application Fee_Client shall be charged if the Client is Late Makeup Application Fee_Hours hour(s) late from the scheduled time or if the scheduled makeup application exceeds the allotted time due to the Client’s actions or demands.
(a) Consultation Fees.
Consultations shall be available for the Client and the Client's friends and relatives. The consultation fee charged shall be Consultation Fee Per Person per person.
Note: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the Client’s consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee.
(b) Travel Fees.
Travel within Complimentary Travel Distance in Miles mile(s) from the Venue of the wedding will be completely free of charge. A Mileage Fee of Mileage Charge per mile (both ways) shall be charged for locations outside the Complimentary Travel Distance in Miles-mile(s) radius of the Venue. The travel fee applies for all pre-event makeup consultations and also for the day of the wedding.
(c) Parking Fees.
The Client agrees to pay the Parking Fees of Parking Fee, which will be incurred on the day of the wedding.
The Makeup Artist shall charge the Client a total amount of Total Amount for rendering the Services. Upon signing the Contract, the Client shall agree to deposit an amount of Advance Payment for Services as advance payment to perform the Services. The deposit is non-refundable.
Upon the completion of the Services, if the payments are not made within Payment Period in Days day(s), the Makeup Artist shall have the option to consider the Client in breach of this Contract and claim a late fee of Late Payment Penalty. The Makeup Artist agrees that the total amount is inclusive of all expenses such as accommodation, travel, meals, and any other expenses incurred by the Makeup Artist in regard to this Contract. The mode of payment shall be Mode of Payment or any other payment mode as mutually agreed by the Parties.
The Makeup Artist shall have the right to cancel the obligations outlined in this Contract with a written notice to the Client prior to Cancellation Notice Period in Days day(s). Upon such notice of cancellation, the Makeup Artist shall return the initial deposit promptly. Furthermore, the Client shall have the right to cancel or reschedule the wedding with prior written notice to the Makeup Artist before Cancellation or Reschedule Notice Period by Client. All payments shall be made to the Makeup Artist up until the date of cancellation.
The Makeup Artist shall maintain the copyrights of all makeup and shall seek the Client's permission to make copies of the Client's images for professional use. Without the Makeup Artist's consent, any sale, publication, or distribution of any information about the Artist's work is prohibited.
This Contract shall start on the Effective Date and shall end on Contract_End Date unless otherwise terminated.
This Contract shall be terminated if any of the following events occur:
(a) Either Party breaches the Contract;
(b) The Makeup Artist does not provide the necessary Services to the Client;
(c) The Client does not make the payment on time;
(d) Add other conditions for termination.
The Makeup Artist confirms that all brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every application. The makeup products used are hypoallergenic. The Client should report any allergies and/or skin conditions to the Makeup Artist prior to application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. The Client agrees to release the Makeup Artist from liability for skin complications due to allergic reactions.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Makeup Artist against any claim, damages, cost, loss, expense, or any kind of liability arising from the indemnities in connection with any claims, suits, or demands arising out of this Contract.
In the event of any dispute arising in and out of this Contract between the Parties, it shall be resolved by arbitration. There shall be Number of Arbitrators arbitrator(s), who shall be appointed by Arbitration Appointing Party Name. The venue of arbitration shall be Location of Arbitration, and the Seat shall be State of Seat. The arbitrators' decision shall be final and binding on both Parties.
In the event any provision of this Contract is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of this Contract, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
Any notices required or permitted by this Contract shall be in writing and delivered by certified mail or courier to the mentioned address.
This Contract shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Governing Law.
This is the entire contract regarding the terms and conditions of the Makeup Artist's engagement. It supersedes all other contracts between the Parties, whether oral or written.
