We begin with an in-home visit to assess the current level of cleanliness and discuss your specific needs. Based on this, we’ll develop a custom cleaning plan, estimate the hours required, and identify any add-on services you may benefit from, such as ironing or professional carpet cleaning.
Your cleaning schedule begins with a thorough deep clean, setting a strong foundation for ongoing maintenance. Depending on your property’s use and condition, we’ll recommend follow-up deep cleanings on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
Our supervisors regularly monitor the service quality to ensure everything stays aligned with your expectations. We remain flexible and can update the cleaning schedule or add services as your needs change.

If we proceed with this proposal, the following terms and conditions shall prevail over our relationship:
The services listed above shall be delivered to Client Name in accordance with the custom selections confirmed at the time of acceptance. No service outside the agreed scope will be performed without a separate written confirmation.
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur service delays or additional charges.
Payment for recurring services can be made via Mode of Payment upon receipt of the Service Provider's invoice. The Client Name understands that additional fees may be assessed for late payments. If payment is not made after Payment Due in Days day(s) from the invoice date, the account will be passed to our collections agency, and a Late Payment Fee Percentage charge will be added to the debt, in addition to the initial invoice amount. The Client shall agree to pay this sum as part of this deal, reflecting Service Provider Name's fair cost of obtaining the unpaid amounts.
The Service Provider guarantees that all services will be completed within the agreed timeframe or at the agreed service-based rate, unless that rate is changed or extended in writing by mutual agreement. The Service Provider agrees and warrants that all services performed are of professional quality. Upon the Client's notification, the Service Provider agrees to rectify any deficiencies immediately.
The Service Provider requires the Client or their representative to be present at the beginning and end of the cleaning session, as an inspection may be conducted and any necessary corrections made on the same day. In the event of damage caused by the Service Provider, the item shall be repaired at the Service Provider's expense. If the Service Provider cannot repair or replace the item, the Client will receive a credit equal to the item's actual cash value, not to exceed the amount paid for that cleaning session.
If the Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, Service Provider Name will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. The Client must be present during the re-cleaning, and Service Provider Name will offer one complimentary re-cleaning per service. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Service Provider Name.
