The following terms and conditions apply to all the products and services of Company Name and, in the event of any dispute, are governed by the laws of Governing Law.
By supplying text, images, and other data to Company Name for inclusion in the project, Client Name declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with Client Name or the rightful copyright or trademark owner. Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Company Name on behalf of the customer will remain the property of Company Name and/or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
An initial deposit of Initial Deposit for Graphic Design is required and must be cleared before the project commences. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and initiates project planning. The remaining balance due must be paid within Balance Payment Due Period day(s).
Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact or e-mail; however, following this, Company Name will need formal written notification from the company’s postal address. Client Name will then be invoiced for all work completed over and above the non-refundable deposit that will have been made at the time of first ordering. Any cancellation that is not formally confirmed in writing and received by Company Name within Cancellation Confirmation Period in Days day(s) of such instruction being issued will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
