We accept the payment in USD through Mode of Payment. Payment in full shall be made within Payment Due in Days day(s) before the event date. Sender Company Name reserves the right to cancel the Sponsorship Contract if payment is not received in full before the event.
Any changes made to this relationship will be made in writing and notified upon the consent of both Potential Sponsor and Sender Company Name. If the event is canceled,Sender Company Name shall be duly responsible for refunding the entire contributed amount to the sponsor.
Sender Company Name reserves the right to substitute a comparable activity for another in the event of any failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Sender Company Name shall not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse as a result of any activity beyond its control. Sender Company Name will not be responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by the failure of Potential Sponsor in performing other services recommended by Sender Company Name or by the failure of Potential Sponsor to properly maintain payment and benefits of the chosen package during the Event.
